Our Member registration process to create an Account requires you to provide us with your e-mail address and password of your choice. Furthermore, you have to provide company name and position to become a Member.

In connection with employer and shared job advertisements, salary and reward reports, surveys, and other content you may contribute, Sharecruit (and/or its third party service providers) will collect a wide variety of employees and shared connections or network-related information on an optional basis. Please be aware that while some pieces of information that you provide to us would not be sufficient to identify you when seen by another User without any context, the combination of different pieces of information that you have provided for viewing by other Users, or any contextual information, may allow other Users to identify you.
When you contact us by sending us an e-mail or when you use any of our contact forms, we will collect any information that is contained in (and/or attached to) your e-mail, text message, or that you enter into such forms.
NOTE: Your use of Facebook/LinkedIn in general and your relationship with Facebook/LinkedIn are subject to Facebook/LinkedIn's own Data Use Policy, Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, Platform Principles and their other published policies and principles. We do not control and are not responsible for Facebook/LinkedIn's processing of your information. Our Facebook/LinkedIn App helps you establish a professional network on Sharecruit based on your existing network of Facebook/LinkedIn connections. When you use the App or Connect to Sharecruit using your Facebook/LinkedIn Account, you authorize us to collect, cache, and use the information that you agreed Facebook/LinkedIn could provide to us. Your Facebook/LinkedIn privacy and application settings may affect the information that you give us. You can find out more about controlling these settings on Facebook/LinkedIn.
When you use our App you share some of your Facebook/LinkedIn information with us and other members of our Community. When you first start using the App or Connect using Facebook/LinkedIn, you are asked to share some information. Depending on your applicable Facebook/LinkedIn settings, we will access, cache and use that information for the App and your benefit. Currently, you are asked to share the following information (“Facebook/LinkedIn Information”):
General Information – We collect just a picture at this moment and no other social information.
If your friends or anybody else connect with the App, the App uses your name, profile picture, gender, user ID, connections, and any other content that is Profile available to everyone. The App also uses professional information about you that your friend can access like your current city, education history, and work history. If you are using the App or have an account with Sharecruit, the App may be able to connect you with your friend.
You are also asked to allow the App to send you emails, to post status messages, notes, photos, and videos to Facebook/LinkedIn on your behalf. Facebook/LinkedIn may also share your location and your age, if available, for our security measures and to control age-appropriate content. You may also give us information with your requests for App support, your feedback or other communications you direct to us. Any such information will be treated in the same manner as Facebook/LinkedIn Information.
You may Connect to Sharecruit using Facebook/LinkedIn to open or access your Sharecruit account. We may use your Facebook/LinkedIn information to link the App to your existing Sharecruit account, if you have one. Your information is used to maintain your account, to associate your Profile, to provide you access to restricted content and to communicate with you. You may delink your Sharecruit account from your Facebook/LinkedIn account by logging into your Facebook/LinkedIn account and changing your account settings from within My Profile.
We use your Facebook/LinkedIn Information in the following ways:
To provide benefits to you and others, such as helping you, your friends and potential employers and business opportunities connect and share professional information and potential interest in career opportunities.
To provide Sharecruit services, the App, and their respective features, functionality and related services.
To personalize and target content, services, career opportunities and advertising, including location-based content, services, opportunities and advertising.
To build, maintain and share your Profile.
To manage user accounts, communications and for internal processes and reporting.
Your Profile (“Profile”) is your business card and professional resume for use with the App. You may use you Facebook/LinkedIn Information to complete a Profile that is shared with other App users and Community members. You may access, update, and change your Profile information at any time by logging into your account and following the instructions to Edit Profile. If you want to remove your profile you have to request your Company Manager to do so or if you are the one to remove or deactivate your account. You also have the choice to stay anonymous and any contact information, picture will be hidden.
We may contact you through email, the App, Facebook/LinkedIn and other similar channels to provide notifications, announcements, respond to customer support inquiries, and to present you with professional opportunities on our behalf and on behalf of our partners. We may contact you with informational and service-related communications, for security updates and quality control, for your feedback and to respond to you. We may also send you promotional communications on our behalf and on behalf of our partners. You can opt out of receiving promotional communications email messages by clicking "unsubscribe" in the message or changing your email settings in My Account.
To manage the information we receive from Facebook/LinkedIn, follow the instructions on Facebook/LinkedIn for updating your information and your Facebook/LinkedIn Application Settings and Privacy Settings. Once we receive your information from Facebook/LinkedIn, that information will be cached and used by us in accordance with this Statement. Facebook/LinkedIn Privacy Settings let you choose the information that is Profile available to everyone and can limit some of the information you and your colleagues can make available to the App. You may block all Facebook/LinkedIn Platform applications, including the App, from accessing any of your Facebook/LinkedIn information using your Application Settings.
Your Profile and Facebook/LinkedIn Information may be publicly available to anyone using the App, including your Connections and other members of the Community. You may access, update, change or remove your Profile information at any time by logging into your account and following the instructions to Edit Profile. We may verify and authenticate your identity and information before giving you access to or a copy of your personal information or before correcting, updating or deleting your information. We may deny or limit your requests as permitted or required by applicable law. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and will respond within the time period required by applicable law.
If you wish to remove your information permanently, please first remove the App from Facebook/LinkedIn. You can use your Facebook/LinkedIn App Settings to remove the App from Facebook/LinkedIn or turn off all platform apps on Facebook/LinkedIn by editing your Facebook/LinkedIn Privacy Settings. We will use reasonable efforts to find out from Facebook/LinkedIn when you remove the application or turn off all platform apps.
Please note that some information may not be deleted from all databases and backup records. If you have posted content on or through the App, we may not be able to delete it. Even after we delete? your information, copies may remain viewable elsewhere to the extent it has been shared publicly, with connections, friends, friends of friends, or was copied or stored by others. We may also retain certain information for customer service, legal and similar business purposes. We will also retain logs, demographic, indirect, and statistical information that may relate to you but do not identify you personally.
We collect the following Personal Information that your peers submit to us about you voluntarily: If you are applying for a position in the Company through us and that Company indicates a need of references (recommendation) we will ask you to provide emails of your peers. Based on the peers input we will save references about you which will be accessed only by the Company to which you are aplying. On later stages we are planning to allow you to manage the references and dispose those to other Companies you are applying for.
As you use the Services, certain information may also be collected passively, including your Internet protocol (IP) address and the browser that you use to visit the Site. Sharecruit also stores a small text file called a “Cookie” on your computer to store your login information (if any) and your personal preferences for the Services. Sharecruit may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them). While you will still be able to use the Services if you disable Cookies in your browser, certain parts of the Services may not function as effectively. After you register and enable Cookies, we may associate this information with Personal Information that we have collected from you.
We may receive Personal Information about you from outside the Site, such as telephone, fax, mail, or from third parties that provide services for us that are related to the Services. We may add this information to the information we have already collected from you via our Services.
In general, information (including Personal Information) you submit to us, or to third parties that support us in collecting information, is used by us to provide you and other Users with the Services, respond to requests that you make, to improve our Services and to better tailor the features, performance and support of the Services.

We may create anonymized information from Personal Information by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the information personally identifiable to you. We may use this anonymized information for internal purposes, such as analyzing usage patterns so that we may enhance the Services, and we also reserve the right to use and disclose such anonymized information at our discretion.
If you choose to use our service to tell a colleague about our site, we will ask you for your colleague’s email address. We will automatically send your colleague a one-time email (or reminder by request) inviting him or her to visit the site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and ensuring multiple invitations are not sent.
One of the purposes of the Services is for Members to share employment-related information with other Users. Therefore, you should assume that any information (including any Personal Information you may choose to provide, but excluding your registration information) that you post will be made available to other Users of the Services. We may provide you the ability to anonymously share job advertisement link, in which case we will not include your contact information (i.e., first or last name, email address, and social network contacts) on the Site in connection with such comments. However, you should know that our internal records may associate your contact information with such comments.
We may provide your Personal Information to third party service providers and suppliers who work on behalf of or with us to provide you with some of the services and features of the Services and to help us communicate with our Users. We may send newsletters, promotional communications or other similar messaging to our users on our behalf and on behalf of our partners. You may opt-out of receiving such messaging by following the instructions included in each message. We may also offer you an opportunity to opt-out of certain communications by logging into the service and editing your account information from within My Profile.
We may send you service-related announcements when we believe it is necessary to do so. Generally, you may not opt-out of these announcements, which are not primarily promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive these announcements, you have the option to request to deactivate your Account.
We may notify you when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.
You may request that your Account be terminated and that your Personal Information be deleted by sending an email to email@example.com or through Contact Us. Any termination of your account may involve deletion of your Account information from our live databases and all the information and data stored for such Account in the Services. Sharecruit will not have any liability whatsoever to you for any termination of your account or related deletion of you information.
When we delete Personal Information that we have collected from or about you, it will be deleted from our active databases but may remain in our archives. To return to this site you can just using new email address.
We do not intentionally collect or maintain information in the Services from those visitors and Users of the Services who are under 13 years old.
Sharecruit has put in place commercially reasonable and appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. However, no company, including Sharecruit, can fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information.
We do not intentionally collect or maintain information in the Services from those visitors and Users of the Services who are under 13 years old.

We do not issue refunds for digital products and / or services once the order is confirmed and the product is sent / activated.
When you cancel your services Sharecruit is not obligated to refund you for any services not used by you on the event of cancellation. In a case where Sharecruit is not providing services purchased by you, you can deem for a refund for the time period when services can not be accessed by you.
